任职资格
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Highly Organized and perform well under pressure.
- Social media management on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Youtube.
- Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Great interpersonal & communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
岗位职责
- Manage promptly on company multiple social media operation includes campaign ads creation + copy writing, attend end user comments/feedback/reviews & etc. (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, YouTube & TikTok)
- Evaluate, explore, create and manage emerging technologies such as Linkedin Sponsored Ads, OBS, Facebook Catalogue, Facebook Shop, TikTok, etc.
- Measure & prepare performance report of each social digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals + spendings to management in monthly basis (ROI and KPIs)
- Liaise internally + coordinate with partner advertising/media experts to improve conversion results thru copy writing content.
- Create, oversee & manage campaign/contest/giveaways/digital projects with related parties/departments to grow number of followers, review increment, build end user funnels & ultimately create sales conversions
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
