任职资格
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience or in-house training will be provided
- Good attitude, self-discipline, motivated & responsible
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
岗位职责
- Prepare full set accounts including general accounting, accounts receivables, accounts payable, finalization, and closing of monthly accounts
- To ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and year-end closing of accounts.
- Prepare monthly and yearly forecasts and submit monthly reports.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, and tax agents.
- To be responsible for preparing the Audit schedule.
- Balance company budget
- Look for inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the budget, and make recommendations to management
- Ensure financial statements are organized and maintained at all times
- Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review
