Operations Administrator

Primary Function :

• To assist Operations HODs in developing compiling, filling, analyses data and process to compile data/ documented information to support business operations in the Production, Quality Assurance, Production Engineering/ Maintenance on top of Administration Department.
• To execute all business related documentation to meet the overall company objectives in the most efficient and effective manner.

   

  Secondary Function :

  • To assist Quality Management Representative / QA Manager/ HOD to manage all Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management System, Occupational, Safety and Health Management System including typing, documenting, management, controlling etc.
  • To Compile data and publish Operators Performance reports for Operations efficiency, Quality, Productivity for management to make decision timely.
  • To assist Production Engineering, Production, Maintenance to compile relevant data for Management Meeting/ Audit.
  • To assist and support Management (including Top Management) in related Administrative matter for a smooth operations
