任职资格
- Preferably entry level specialized in Clerical/administrative support or equivalent.
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice is added advantage.
- Able to speak Mandarin will be added advantage to liase with Mandarin speaking customer
岗位职责
- Handling account payable for seperate entities and vendors
- Analyzing workflow processes
- Perform monthly closing of accounts
- Assist to follow up customers on payment status
