任职资格
- Calon yang berpengalaman / Lulusan segar digalakkan untuk memohon.
- Calon sekurang-kurangnya ada kelulusan SPM atau Diploma.
- Boleh berkomunikasi dalam English dan Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mempunyai minat dalam menjual dan berkomunikasi sahaja (hanya untuk mereka yang serius).
- Kreatif, sikap yang boleh melakukan & bertenaga.
- Ada attitude yang baik , dan hati yang nak belajarBersedia untuk belajar selalu dan mempunyai semangat kerja berpasukan yang baik, itu sangat penting bagi syarikat kami.
岗位职责
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
