任职资格
- Posses at least Diploma in related field and equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in recruitment
- Knowledgeable in Labor Law
- Posses own transportation
- Able to travel
- Result-oriented
- Team player
- Enjoy challenge and fast pace environment
岗位职责
- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
- Organizing interviews and selection events
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
- Negotiating contracts
- Drawing up short-lists
- Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources
- Process payroll using Panda payroll System and ensure timely payroll completion.
- Prepare monthly payroll summary.
- Maintain and update employee’s personal information in employee file and payroll system
- Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso, EIS and Income Tax
