Requirements

  • Must possess at least a diploma in accountancy
  • Required skill(s) : MS Excel, MS Office, Accounting Software & English Writing Skills
  • Able to understand and communicate in Chinese
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting
  • Willing to work in Johor Bahru / Shah Alam
  • Able to commence work immediately or short notice will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full sets of accounts including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Financial Statement and Management Report
  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Processing claim, issues cheque, update date into system and reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
