Job Responsibilities:
Responsible to handle full spectrum of HR matters.
Responsible to plan, implement and coordinate with Management in the design and implementation of change HR system, recruitment, performance appraisal and training & development.
Responsible for the recruitment process by advertising, monitoring, searching, selecting and arranging interview with the potential candidates.
Responsible for staff monthly payroll and all the statutory process, arrange payment submission on time for all the monthly PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and EPF.
Responsible to monitoring, preparing and checking all the monthly payroll reporting and prepare the yearly payroll reporting and staffs EA on time.
Responsible to monitor staff attendance such as working punctuality, leave taken by recording in the system as an evidence and supporting for the year end appraisal purpose.
Responsible to prepare yearly budgeting report for each department expenses such as salary, increment, bonus, incentive, medical insurance or claim.
Responsible to check and control staff’s claims and make sure all bills are fulfilled company policy allowable to claim before submitting to Managing Director for approval.
Responsible to check and control staff’s fuel monthly statement and make sure all bills are fulfilled company policy requirement.
Responsible to handle staffs issue either by counselling or implementing disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters in compliance with Labour Law and monitor staff compensation & benefits;
Responsible all the process for company hospitalization insurance add or drop, renewal and claims.
Responsible to update all staff information once a year and update into the payroll system.
Maintains ISO documentations and related matters.
Any ad-hoc task assigned by the Management.
