岗位职责
To deal/communicate with Online customer via email, WhatsApp etc
To deal with Walk-in customer(if necessary)
To meet the daily, weekly, monthly , annually sales target
To prepare quotation and/or invoice for customer's purchase
To be responsible on each quotation dan invoice prepared
To propose up-selling
To update/discuss with the Sales Consultant for any hiccup or blockage
To follow-up pending payment from customer
To enhance knowledge on product/items for better selling negotiation
To notify Operation Leader - PIC on items status (in DO) as and when required
To deal with Walk-in customer(if necessary)
