任职资格
- Possess SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow procedures
- Have Communication skills, customer service skills.
- Can work overtime.
- This position will be expected to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and required to work weekends and holidays as part of the schedule.
岗位职责
- Greetings passenger as they arrive at the designated bus stop within KLIA.
- Ensuring that all passengers are safely seated and secured before the bus departs.
- Monitoring passengers behavior and addressing any issue or concerns that may arise during the trip.
- Ensuring that passengers adhere to safety regulations and follow bus etiquette.
- Providing information about the destination, bus routes and other relevant travel information.
- Handling passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinating with other KLIA staff, such as drivers, supervisors and or management.
