任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the IT field is required for this position
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer in both hardware and software systems
- Willing to work in Yong Peng
岗位职责
- Management of Teo Seng Group's information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching staff, communicating job expectations and evaluating their performance
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems
- Take actions based on user needs and system functions to provide support and services to organizations or end users
- Discover problem areas in time and implement strategic solutions
- Cooperate with Internal / External auditors to audit the system and evaluate its results
- Protect assets, information security and control structure
- Handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Undertakes project work or ad hoc job-related matters or any other duties as and when assigned/requested by the Management from time to time.
