- Must be meticulous, organized, detail oriented, self-driven, and result oriented person with initiative and a passion for service excellence with great customer satisfaction acumen.
- Good interpersonal, communication and listening skills, patient & helpful service attitude
- Computer literate with competency in MS Office
- Excellent command of English & Mandarin (verbal and written). Ability to speak several language or dialects will be an added advantage.
