任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil / Construction Management or relevant disciplines
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Project, Ms Word , AutoCAD
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in C&S and Architectural trades
- Good knowledge of project management, contract and cost control
- Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures
- Pleasant disposition and possess good leadership quality
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within commited deadlines
- Added advantage with JKR building works experience.
- Willing to travel
- HAVE STRONG TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE IN CONSTRUCTION FIELD (ADDED ADVANTAGE IF EXPERIENCE ON INFRAWORKS)
岗位职责
- Supervised site work according to the requirement of the construction and approved drawing.
- Carry out the inspection with the sub-contractor & client and observe the quality of the work done.
- Verify contractor’s claim, tax invoices and submit for submission in a timely manner.
- Coordinating daily onsite activities with the Site Supervisor and Project Manager.
- Ensure related materials and equipment are available at all time.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure budget, expenses, progress schedule and quality standard are met.
- Provide appropriate work completion timeline to clients.
- Review and communicate onsite progress to clients.
- Plan and implement work schedules.
- Adhere to the construction industry's standards and safety regulations.
- Undertake site safety inspection.
- Reporting to management on project progress
- Resolve site issues.
- Prepare and present site reports.
- Overall site planning, management and coordination to ensure completion of works within required timeline, standard and quality.
- To monitor and ensure proper cost control of the project
- Control and manage site materials.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
