任职资格
- Minimum diploma level in ay displine
- Be able to converse and written in Mandarin,English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.
- Be able to carry out the responsibilities without much supervision.
- Delicate and committed on every task assigned.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.Experience of 2 years and above is preferably.
- Good in communication skills with customer.
- Must be computer iterated.
岗位职责
- Interacting with customers providing information to enquiries.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Coordinating customers service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary.
- Accomplish communicator who understand the value of listening,thoughtful response and objectivity.
- Confident conflict mediator with the proven ability to reach solutions that are beneficial to both customer and company.
- Willing to learn and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask to ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with colleagues to determine area for improvement and develop ideas for better service to customers.
