任职资格
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management Public Relations or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.
- Able to remain calm and work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Influencing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and travel.

岗位职责
- Host and plan monthly major events, weekly weekend events and daily programming.
- Analyze, plan and develop detailed event proposals, including funding budgets, event schedules, etc.
- Research and select suppliers based on creativity, quality and cost.
- Manage overall pre-show planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.
- Develop content for event materials and collaborate with graphic designers.
- Hire/assign personnel and train as needed in all functions of the event (registration, setup, catering, audio/video, etc.).
- Day-to-day management of events and programs, including placing orders, monitoring suppliers, travel plans, restaurant reservations, assisting company attendees, monitoring registrations, tracking responses, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Executes, debrief, and follows every event to collect feedback, ideas for improvement, and goals for future events.
- Effectively liaise and communicate with internal departments, event partners, suppliers and other parties to oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
