Job Responsibilities:

• To handle full set of accounts & GST Filing preparation, to prepare timely management reports and financial analysis including debtors ageing reports and bank in / issuance of cheques.
• Responsible for filling the accounting documentations in timely and accurate manner.
• Involve in all credit control matters including credit review, debts collection, issuance of reminder letter to customers and follow up to ensure timeliness and effectiveness in the collection of outstanding receivables and overdue payments.
• Processing of payments to local/overseas suppliers, petty cash and staff claims on a monthly basis.
• Provide necessary support and General administration duties Requirements to Management.
• Verify and matching of Purchaser Orders with Invoices and Delivery Orders
• To carry out any other job functions as and when required by the company.
• To receive and process all invoices, requests for payment.
• Prepare monthly stock report and involve in stock taking

Qualifications preferred:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences.
• Age between 26- 35
• Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI qualification
• Knowledge in GST and administrative roles.
• Must be computer literate and have good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Highly organized, fast learner, independent and able to commence work immediately
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team environment, high level of integrity, initiative, Mature, diligent and conscientious in meeting dateline
