任职资格

Secondary/SPM/'O' Level-No Limit
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Quality Control
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Engineering- Chemical/Bioengineering or equivalent
  • Have experience in seafood manufacturing company
  • Manage to work under pressure to meet dateline 
  • Certified with ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, BRC, SSOP, BMT

岗位职责

  • Lead and manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control department
  • Attend to customer complaints and supplier where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issue)
  • Implementation of ISO Procedure and Processes
  • Provide training on Quality Systems to all employees
  • Designing and improving Quality Systems Manual (QMS)
  • Audit and execute random checking on supplier
  • Conduct factory internal audit
  • Issue and follow up Corrective Action Request (CAR) for non-conformance parts supplied by supplier
  • Attend to any customer's complaint
  • Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)
  • Establish and implement necessary communication strategy for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across all departments
  • Continually improvise on the existing quality systems and generate new ideas
  • Approve inspected product before delivery
  • Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
