1. Creating new ready meals, menu ideas, and food products according to cost provided/suggesting the idea of improving product margin (specification & costing).
2. Responding to the findings of sensory and taste panels.
3. Regional R&D and production support – contract manufacturing in Malaysia and overseas markets.
4. Staying ahead of consumer taste trends.
5. Organize and manage internal and customer projects, assign to related department for execution process and monitor whole procedure in an event to produce the wanted product.
6. Involve in product discussion acquired by the customer and provide technical/scientific assistant.
7. Perform product presentation with technical/scientific knowledge in a convincing customer of decision-maker.
8. Coordinate and conduct internal workshops with fellow colleagues in other departments for teamwork effort.
9. Fully support Head ISO22000, HACCP, and Halal compliance teams.
10. Support Production & QA/QC department.
11. Any ad-hoc from time to time.
