Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in spoken and written in English language, able to speak multiple language is added advantage.
- Prior experience will be an added advantage.
- Presentable outlook with pleasant personalities.
- Ability to work in team with good sense of responsibility and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Able to take orders and serves food and beverage to customer accordingly.
- Able to handle customers’ enquiries and complaints in courteous and efficient manner.
- Make recommendation on specials and menu changes.
- Ensure customers satisfaction level towards food and services.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are kept at all times.
