Account Executive

• Prepare and handle full set of accounts and to provide assistance in all aspects of accounting functions and monthly/ yearly closing of accounts.
• Execute data entry, update record and maintain proper filing.
• To prepare analysis/schedule for audit and tax requirements.
• To review management accounts, draft audited accounts and tax computation.
• To liaise with company secretary, auditors, tax agent, bankers, lawyers and government/state officer.
• To assist in cash flow planning, tax planning, budget and variance comparison.
• To ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, financial policies and procedures.
• To perform any other duties as assign from time to time.
• At least 2 years of related field experience.
• Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
• 5 working days
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
• Min. 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate with persons at different levels.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must be able to handle confidential/ sensitive information in a professional manner.
