Job Description

Requirements

  • 至少持有大专文凭
  • 普通话和英语流利（听、说、读、写）
  • 具备创建和/或制作文档的能力
  • 具有良好的学习能力、沟通技巧、执行能力和理解能力
  • 有客户服务团队工作经验，尤其是在电子商务平台
  • 可靠，注重细节

Responsibilities

  • 管理 CS IC 团队并建立标准作业程序 (SOP)。
  • 负责菲律宾 (PH) 客户的在线聊天沟通（售前和售后）。
  • 负责维护品牌官方社交媒体上的私信和评论。
  • 及时响应客户需求，引导购买，提高客户保留率和咨询转化率。
  • 按照标准作业程序流程帮助客户处理售后问题，提高客户满意度。
  • 按要求准确填写客户服务工单，确保工单的完整性和准确性。
  • 参与跨部门/跨团队沟通，促进各种售前和售后问题的快速解决。
  • 与国际团队密切协调，保持一致性，并不断提高客户满意度。
