- 具备至少1年汽车销售相关工作经验。
- 熟悉汽车产品知识和销售流程。
- 具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力和客户服务意识。
- 积极主动，有较强的抗压能力和目标导向。
- 能够熟练使用基本的办公软件。
- 持有有效驾驶执照者优先。
Responsibilities
- 接待客户，了解客户需求并提供专业的汽车销售咨询。
- 向客户介绍公司产品、性能、价格及优惠政策。
- 协助客户完成购车手续，包括合同签订、贷款办理、保险购买等。
- 维护客户关系，定期进行客户回访，提供售后服务支持。
- 完成公司制定的销售目标和业绩指标。
- 积极参与公司组织的销售培训和市场推广活动。
- 收集市场信息和客户反馈，为公司产品改进和营销策略提供建议。
