About Us

CF Consultancy is a fast-growing finance consultancy in Malaysia. We create engaging and educational content to help Malaysians understand personal finance, loans, and property financing.

We're looking for a creative Content Creator & Videographer to help build both the company's social media presence and the Managing Director's personal brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels.

• Record the Managing Director's daily content, behind-the-scenes moments and educational videos.

• Assist in brainstorming creative content ideas based on current social media trends.

• Produce high-quality videos with captions, transitions, B-roll and suitable background music.

• Ensure videos are delivered on time according to the content schedule.

• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional content.

• Organise and manage video footage and content assets.

Requirements

• Experience shooting and editing short-form content.

• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and current social media trends.

• Able to use editing software such as:

  • CapCut

  • jian ying (optional)
    

• Good understanding of camera angles, lighting and audio.

• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

• Comfortable filming in office and outdoor environments.

• Own transport is an advantage.

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for building both CF Consultancy's brandand theManaging Director's personal brand across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production

• Plan, film and edit high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels.

• Film the Managing Director's daily activities, educational content, behind-the-scenes and company events.

• Ensure videos are engaging, visually appealing and aligned with the company's branding.
  

Content Planning

• Brainstorm creative content ideas and campaign concepts with Team/Directors.
  

Video Editing

• Edit videos using professional editing software.

• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics and suitable background music.

• Optimise videos for different social media platforms.
  
  

Performance KPI (Highly Recommended)

Instead of measuring working hours, measure results.

Monthly KPI

• Produce 50–70 short-form videos per month.

• Film daily content for the Managing Director.

• Deliver videos within agreed deadlines.

• Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.

• Generate creative content ideas every week.

• Contribute to improving engagement and audience growth.
