任职资格

  • Strong People & Communication Skills - love to connect & engage people (clients & internal team), this will help greatly talent to grow magnificently as talent is required to represent the company to formulate strategies & content with clients & next distribute tasks to the internal team to deliver our services. By the way, we normally go by pairs when servicing clients, more effective & "Say NO to lone working style" =).

  • Research, Proposal Making & Presentation - Good content & ads all are generated from the foundation of quality time spent on research & the ability to document it to present will be crucial.

  • Eye for Analytics & Key Data Metrics

  • Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp Marketing

  • Having an understanding of Copywriting & Ads Performance is a plus

  • Mandarin & English will be a plus for both writing & speaking.

  • An Entrepreneurial Attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required.

  • Possess good use of Marketing administration tools of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Words or even similar related tools via Google, Canva, Trello or ChatGPT

  • Minimum 1 year experience as social media executive or a role in a similar field.


岗位职责

  1. Lead assigned project with goodwill & responsibility to ensure excellent project delivery for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu & Influencer) management.

  2. Teamwork by working closely with Department Leader & other Departments on assigned project.

  3. Develop close client working relationships & excellent marketing planning to understand clients’ problems & provide creative marketing solutions.

  4. Upsell & Cross-sell Company’s services to clients.

  5. Perform in-depth research, due diligence for projects.

  6. Create creative proposals, pitching & secure businesses.

  7. Plan, strategize, execute & delegate projects assigned.

  8. Prepare evaluations & reports for monthly post mortem.

  9. Positive attitude, growth mindset & participative in Company overall direction & SOPs.
