Min graduate in Science or Business Administration

Minimum education: Degree and above & Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required skills: Product Knowledge, Communication, Sales experience

Must have sales and marketing experience of minimum 1-2 years. Preferably in medical device/pharmaceutical industry. (*Open to candidates with nursing experience*)

Must have own transportation (car).

Language required: English / Bahasa Malaysia

Must poses effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies to achieve the sales objectives, ensuring profitability and business growth.

Possess soft skills with core competencies in achieving a quick convention of B2B & B2C adoption to company products.

Result oriented with high call rate conversion with short learning curve as soon as on board.

Self-starter, critical thinking, problem solving ability and has business acumen.

Increase monthly revenue from existing clients with existing and new products.

Achieve minimum expected company profit margin on all revenue with minimum required effective call / day with high sales conversion ratio.

Profit centre - Manage own territory/region with assigned marketing budget complimented with company marketing tools.

Develop product Share of voice (SOV /Share of market (SOM) with competitive strategies based on market intelligence and meeting customer needs.
