Requirements
Process Executive (Mandarin) (12 months contract role) - renewable
Work Mode: Work From Office (Menara Shell)
Fixed Salary: up to RM4,600 basic salary + transport allowance
Variable allowance: Night shift allwowance
Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts
Requirements:
* 0–3 years experience in Customer Service / BPO / Contact Center
* Strong English & Mandarin communication skills
* Comfortable working rotational shifts
* Minimum SPM
Handle voice, email and live chat
Able to read and write in Traditional Mandarin (serve Taiwan market)
Responsibilities
Job Scope:
* Handle customer enquiries via calls, live chat & email
* Resolve customer issues within SLA
* Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately
* Work in a KPI-driven customer service environment
