Possess Degree in Computer Science or related courses. •

Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT environment. •

Demonstrate solid knowledge in computer systems and networking. •

Hands-on experience with CISCO hardware and other networking equipment • Have a strong knowledge in ISO27001 procedures

Assisting on technical capability to support delivery of new and enhanced system solutions to meet business strategic objectives by identify any problems in the system, anticipate potential issues and repair systems and software. •

Ensure continuous availability of ICT business-as-usual services in line with agreed service and security standards through monitoring, maintenance, event management, and problem resolution. •

Oversee and perform ongoing support, maintenance, and updates of existing and new applications and software solutions. •

Plan, implement, and review business applications to ensure effectiveness and compliance, while driving digital transformation, operational efficiency, and global standards for system integrity, security, and governance. •

Develop and maintain technical support documentation, ensuring compliance with approved standards and procedures, and proper recording of all activities, including user and technical manuals. •

Assist in handling incidents or problems of any priority that impact services, act as an escalation point for unresolved issues, and help maintain SLAs by guiding the resolution of incidents, problems, maintenance, and enhancement requests for assigned applications. •

Conduct testing and quality assurance of new applications and software solutions and collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve any application-related issues. •

Provide end-user training, guidance, and support to end users to ensure effective system usage, adoption, and alignment with business objectives and best practices.
