Job Summary

Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,300 + Uncapped Commission
Gross Salary: Up to $4,000 – $5,000 (for good performers)
Additional Benefits: $700 Flexi Benefits yearly
Working Days: 5 days per week (Rostered)
Working Hours: Retail shift rotation
Location: Islandwide (mainly Central / North-East)

Job Description

• Assist customers in selecting suitable telco products and services
• Promote available service bundles and promotional packages
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally
• Support daily retail store operations and housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N / O / A Level with at least 1 year sales experience
• Candidates with Telco or Consumer Electronics experience
• Comfortable using digital sales systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to commit to retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays
