Review and dispense prescription medications accurately and safely.

Provide medication counselling, health consultations, and lifestyle advice to customers.

Recommend appropriate over-the-counter (OTC) products, supplements, and healthcare solutions.

Ensure compliance with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia, Poison Act, and other relevant regulations.

Monitor and maintain proper storage, handling, and documentation of medicines, including controlled substances.

Manage pharmacy inventory, stock replenishment, expiry monitoring, and poison records.

Lead and supervise pharmacy assistants and support staff.

Drive retail sales by promoting healthcare products and ongoing campaigns.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide professional healthcare advice.

Participate in health screening, vaccination, or wellness programmes (where applicable).

Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently and maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and product knowledge.

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.

Fully Registered Pharmacist (FRP) with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).

Retail pharmacy experience is preferred; fresh FRPs are encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, OTC medications, and healthcare regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
