- 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and breakdown analysis.
- Familiarity with ISO documentation and audit requirements.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

- Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Execute and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for all production machinery, electrical panels, and utility systems to minimize unscheduled downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Breakdown Analysis: Rapidly diagnose mechanical, electrical, and mechatronic faults during production disruptions; perform root-cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Utility & WWTP Operations: Oversee the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of site utility facilities, with a focus on keeping the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) running smoothly and in compliance with environmental standards.
- ISO Compliance & Documentation: Prepare, update, and archive maintenance records, equipment logs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service reports to satisfy ISO standard audits and regulatory compliance.
- Spare Parts Management: Monitor spare parts inventories, identify critical component requirements, and collaborate with procurement teams to manage supplier orders for timely repairs.
- Safety & Environment: Adhere strictly to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines, ensuring safe work practices during technical maintenance tasks (e.g., LOTO procedures, permit-to-work).
