- Minimum 3 years of experience in spray painting, powder coating, wet painting, surface finishing or coating process engineering.
- Hands-on experience in painting processes for sheet metal products is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in the sheet metal, electronics or manufacturing industry will have an added advantage.

- Develop, optimize, and maintain spray painting processes for sheet metal products.
- Review customer drawings and painting specifications for new projects.
- Conduct paint trials and support NPI and mass production.
- Troubleshoot painting defects such as poor adhesion, color variation, orange peel, runs, and uneven coating.
- Improve painting quality, productivity, and reduce paint wastage and rework.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and paint suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and maintain painting process specifications, work instructions, and related documentation.
- Support the setup, troubleshooting, and improvement of painting equipment and processes.
