任职资格
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
LOCAL candidates only
Experience with AutoCount is an advantage, but not required
岗位职责
Proper record and documentation of day-to-day financial transactions.
Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and follow-ups.
Process invoices, expense claims, and ensure timely payments to vendors or others.
Assist on month end closing and financial statement monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Assist with basic reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
