Minimum 1–3 years of sales or telesales experience

Experience in call centre, telesales, or digital sales environments preferred

Good listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Basic proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools

1. Sales & Conversion

Handle outbound calls to prospective customers

Convert leads into course enrollments through effective sales techniques

Follow up consistently on warm and cold leads provided by the company

Achieve individual and team-based sales targets

2. Customer Engagement

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training programmes

Clearly communicate course value, outcomes, and benefits

Handle objections and close sales professionally

Maintain a positive and customer-centric approach in all interactions

3. Lead Management & CRM

Accurately update and manage customer information in CRM systems

Track follow-ups and maintain an organized sales pipeline

Ensure timely responses to leads from digital channels (e.g. website, social media)

4. Sales Process Compliance

Follow sales scripts, SOPs, and quality standards

Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement programmes

Adhere to call quality benchmarks and productivity metrics (e.g. call volume, conversion rate)
