Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in M&E construction / building services projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ACMV, fire protection, or ELV systems.

  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.

  • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams effectively. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of M&E construction projects, including planning, coordination, implementation, and commissioning.

  • Review project scope, drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements.

  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering teams.

  • Supervise site progress and ensure works are carried out according to approved design, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor project budget, cost control, and variations; ensure profitability targets are achieved.

  • Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor works, ensuring compliance with project timelines.

  • Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, permits, and regulatory approvals.

  • Lead project testing & commissioning activities and ensure successful handover to clients. Manage project documentation, progress claims, and final accounts.
