Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of hands-on payroll and HR experience.
Practical experience using AutoCount Payroll is strongly preferred only.
Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, EA Forms and LHDN employer submissions.
Knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and HR documentation.
Able to process payroll independently and meet strict monthly deadlines.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Comfortable supporting retail outlets and consignment-counter employees.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is an advantage for communication but should not be listed as compulsory unless genuinely required.
岗位职责
Payroll and statutory administration
Process monthly payroll accurately using AutoCount Payroll.
Calculate salary, overtime, allowances, commission, incentives, unpaid leave and deductions.
Verify attendance, leave records and payroll supporting documents.
Prepare payroll reports and bank-payment files.
Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory submissions.
Prepare employees’ annual EA Forms.
Manage new-employee and cessation-related tax documentation, including applicable CP forms.
Maintain payroll records and ensure deadlines are met.
Employers are responsible for EPF contributions for employees under a contract of service, while employers with eligible employees must also manage SOCSO and EIS registration and contributions.
HR documentation and compliance
Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, transfer letters and resignation acknowledgements.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Update and administer the company’s employee handbook, policies and standard operating procedures.
Handle onboarding, offboarding and probation confirmation.
Track leave, attendance, medical certificates and employee movements.
Assist with disciplinary matters and proper documentation.
Ensure employment practices comply with Malaysian labour requirements.
Recruitment and employee administration
Post vacancies and screen applicants.
Arrange interviews and prepare employment documentation.
Coordinate staff onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee databases and organisational records.
Respond to employee payroll and HR enquiries.
Liaise with government agencies and external service providers when required.
Handle relevant LHDN employer notifications and tax-clearance documentation, including CP22, CP21 and CP22A/CP22B where applicable.
