Requirements

  • 最低SPM学历，欢迎应届毕业生申请
  • 五天Hybrid 轮班制（9am-6pm | 6pm-2am 晚班 WFH） 周末轮值，提供加班费
  • 熟练操作 Office 软件和在线聊天工具，具备中英文打字能力
  • 有耐心、友善、独立，并且乐于学习

Responsibilities

  • 具备责任感，并以认真积极的态度学习。
  • 处理客户线上咨询及电子邮件沟通，根据客户需求提供专业咨询服务，及时了解客户问题，并给予正确且满意的回复。
  • 解答客户疑问，了解并满足客户需求，并及时与直属主管沟通及反馈。
  • 及时且专业地解决客户技术问题。
  • 数据收集与分析。
