WE'RE HIRING – Customer Service Professional (Inbound Call)

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur
Joining Date:27 July 2026
Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift (5 working days, 2 off days)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,300 (based on experience)

• PFP Allowance: RM300

• Transport Allowance: Up to RM200

Requirements

• SPM with at least 1 year of working experience OR Fresh Diploma/Degree graduates.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysiaand averageEnglish.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Handle customer enquiries via calls and other communication channels.

• Assist customers with technical issues, product enquiries, and general information.
