Key Responsibilities
Executive Driving & Transportation
- Safely and professionally transport the Director, family members, business associates, and guests to meetings, appointments, airports, events, and other designated locations.
- Plan efficient travel routes by monitoring traffic conditions and adjusting schedules when necessary.
- Ensure punctual arrival for all appointments and business engagements.
- Be available for after-office hours, weekends, public holidays, and emergency travel when required.
- Accompany the Director during domestic and international business trips as assigned.
Security Escort & Personal Protection
- Remain alert to surroundings and identify potential security or safety risks during travel.
- Conduct security checks of vehicles before and after every journey.
- Ensure safe pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Assist in maintaining the personal safety of the Director and family members during travel and public appearances.
- Coordinate with security personnel, hotels, airports, or event organisers when required.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and respond appropriately to security incidents or accidents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director's movements, business activities, and personal information.
Executive Assistant Support
- Manage the Director's daily transportation schedule and appointments.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation arrangements.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, presentation documents, and business correspondence when required.
- Collect, deliver, and manage confidential documents, contracts, and parcels.
- Liaise professionally with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and government authorities on behalf of the Director.
- Handle personal errands, banking matters, courier services, and official submissions.
- Provide administrative assistance and perform other executive support duties assigned by the Director.
Family Support
- Safely transport the Director's spouse, children, and other authorised family members.
- Assist with school transfers, medical appointments, shopping, family events, and airport transfers.
- Ensure children's safety during transportation in accordance with road safety requirements.
- Assist with luggage, shopping items, and personal belongings.
Vehicle Management
- Maintain assigned vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Schedule servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, road tax renewals, and inspections.
- Monitor fuel usage, tyre condition, engine oil, battery, and overall vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, maintenance, fuel expenses, tolls, parking, and travel logs.
- Immediately report any accidents, damages, or vehicle defects.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Exercise the highest level of confidentiality regarding company information and the Director's personal affairs.
- Maintain professional appearance, etiquette, and conduct at all times.
- Build positive relationships with business associates, guests, and family members while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist during corporate events, meetings, and VIP visits.
- Support special projects and assignments from the Director or Management.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Director.
