Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience; or
Diploma, Certificate, or SPM qualification with a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience in a similar managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, auditing practices, continuous improvement methodologies and laboratory operations.
Proven leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated, proactive, organized and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
岗位职责
Lead the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Company's:
Quality Management System (QMS)
Environmental Management System (EMS)
Safety Management System (SMS)
Customer-specific requirements and relevant international standards
Establish and maintain quality documentation, ensuring all procedures, records, specifications and manuals are current, accurate, and properly controlled.
Serve as key point person and lead all internal, external, customer, certification and regulatory audits.
Lead, manage, develop and train the QA/QC team to ensure effective execution of quality assurance and quality control activities.
Ensure effective inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products and finished goods to meet established quality standards.
Monitor product quality performance and drive corrective, preventive and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely implementation and verification of corrective and preventive actions.
Oversee laboratory operations, including:
Testing and analysis activities
Validation and implementation of new testing methods and equipment
Troubleshooting laboratory equipment and testing procedures
Training laboratory personnel
Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement and other departments to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Lead pest control, hygiene, sanitation and housekeeping programs to ensure compliance with quality and food/feed/pet care safety requirements where applicable.
Ensure effective quality data management, including accurate recording, storage, retrieval, analysis and reporting.
Support product development, process validation, and R&D activities as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and workplace health, safety and environmental regulations.
Conduct training programs and quality awareness initiatives across the organization.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
