职位描述

任职资格

Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field (portfolio is more important than qualification)
At least 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation
Added advantage for male candidates due to the nature of the job and specific working requirements.
Proficient in CapCut (mobile and/or desktop) – mandatory
Familiar with Canva for basic graphic design support
Strong understanding of short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
Experience in producing video advertisements for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Portfolio or sample work is required (freelance and personal projects are accepted)
Able to work on-site in Kota Bharu, Kelantan

Added Advantage:

Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
Skills in colour grading and basic motion graphics
Understanding of ad creative structures, including hooks, storytelling, and call-to-action (CTA)
Familiarity with A/B testing for video ad performance
Experience working with a brand, digital agency, or e-commerce company

岗位职责

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Meta, Google, and TikTok advertising campaigns
Create short-form videos optimized for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
Add subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, and motion text to enhance content quality
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creatives aligned with campaign objectives
Produce multiple video variations for A/B testing and performance improvement
Stay updated with the latest content trends and ensure timely delivery of all video projects
