SME Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential SME customers to introduce the company's products and services.

• Follow up with leads and build good relationships with customers.

• Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.

• Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update into the system.

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth sales operations.

• Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• Minimum 1 year of Experience in telesales, sales sme loan, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are preferred due to business communication requirements. Malay-speaking candidates are also encouraged to apply.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to learn and able to work in a fast paced environment.
