  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail telco industry and leadership role (compulsory).

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Able to work on shift schedules and achieve sales targets.

  • Provide guidance and support to retail team members.

  • Drive sales performance and achieve outlet targets.

  • Assist customers with telco products, services, and solutions.

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide professional recommendations.

  • Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer experience.

  • Train and coach team members to improve sales and service standards.
