任职资格
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English other dialects and language are added advantages
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Licensed Secretary is welcome to apply with other remuneration package
- Junior to Senior position is welcome to apply
岗位职责
- To handle corporate secretarial work and Incorporation of company
- To assist in incoporation of company
- Able to communicate with potential customer
- Maintained corporate record in ready software.
- Maintained of statutory records under the Companies Act. 2016
- Maintained of statutory records and annoucement on Bursa Malaysia
- Preparation of the directors and shareholders' resolutions, AGM & EGM minutes and etc
- Filing of documents
