2–5 years hands-on SEO experience in competitive or regulated markets

Command of Mandarin

Expertise in both on-page and technical SEO fundamentals

Familiarity with international SEO and multilingual SEO is a plus

Comfortable with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GSC, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, etc.)

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to execute in fast-paced, results-oriented environments

Plan and execute SEO strategies tailored for competitive/grey industries

Conduct keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor tracking

Perform on-page optimization (content, meta, internal linking, semantic structure)

Improve technical SEO including crawlability, indexation, site speed, and schema

Build and manage backlink strategies while assessing domain authority and risk

Monitor algorithm changes and implement defensive SEO tactics

Track keyword rankings, organic conversion funnels, and SEO ROI performance

Coordinate with content teams, developers, and performance teams for cross-channel impact
