About the Role

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about building digital campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.

In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to plan creative marketing initiatives, improve user experiences, and deliver measurable business impact. If you enjoy experimenting with new ideas, analysing user behaviour, and turning insights into successful campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or User Acquisition.

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, mobile apps companies is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

• Has strong creativity and enjoys turning ideas into campaigns.

• Is curious, proactive and enjoys learning new things.

• Is comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or other creative tools.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation tools, or CRM platforms is an advantage.

• Experience collaborating with product or technology teams will be a plus.

• Plan and execute creative social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Threads, LinkedIn and more.

• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital channels including email, website, and mobile platforms.

• Turn marketing objectives into campaigns that people genuinely engage with—not just scroll past.

• Work closely with product, marketing and business teams to launch new initiatives and features.

• Monitor campaign performance, identify what works, and continuously improve future campaigns.
