Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command in verbal & written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
岗位职责
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks.
Prepare, organize and file documents, records and reports properly.
Key in data and maintain accurate records in the system.
Assist in answering phone calls, replying emails and handling customer or supplier enquiries.
Coordinate with different departments for daily operations and support.
Responsible for office paperwork, photocopying, scanning and other general office duties.
Assist superior in any ad-hoc tasks when required.
