岗位职责
As a Payment Admin, you will support the finance operations team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of payment-related transactions. Depending on business needs, you may be assigned to either the Accounts Payable (AP)orAccounts Receivable (AR) function.
Your responsibilities may include:
Process and verify invoices, claims, and payment transactions accurately.
Perform reconciliation of financial records and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with vendors or stakeholders.
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations.
Handle administrative tasks related to payment processing and finance operations.
