Comfortable handling chat, calls, and email support
Able to follow structured procedures and workflows
Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts

Assist customers through chat, phone calls, and email
Handle common customer concerns such as:
Product inquiries
Payment or order status
Account-related support
Follow company SOPs and guidelines when handling cases
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
Update customer records and ticket details accurately
Achieve daily productivity and service targets
Ensure customer information is handled securely and professionally
