Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Comfortable handling chat, phone, and email channels
Able to follow structured SOPs with high accuracy
Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
岗位职责
Manage customer interactions across multiple channels
Handle Level 1 (L1) support queries
Adhere strictly to SOPs and communication scripts
Identify and escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams
Maintain proper ticket documentation and categorization
Meet operational KPIs, including SLA, AHT, and productivity targets
Comply with data privacy policies and regulatory standards
