Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative, or related roles.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare necessary materials.

  • Prioritize appointments and manage scheduling conflicts.

  • Provide reminders on meetings, deadlines, and key commitments.

2. Administrative Support

  • Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and communications.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

  • Maintain filing systems and confidential records.

  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

3. Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel itineraries.

  • Prepare travel documents and business trip arrangements.

  • Coordinate airport transfers and travel logistics.

  • Manage travel expense claims and documentation.

4. Personal Support

  • Assist with personal appointments and arrangements when required.

  • Handle confidential matters professionally and discreetly.

  • Coordinate reservations, gifts, and special occasions.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth daily operations.
